CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Content Management module allows recruiters to create/edit standard corporate email templates as well as publish news items and press releases on the external corporate website. The Content Management system also allows recruiters to pre-create sales templates while sending out bulk emails and allows the creation of Newsletters to ensure that the corporate website is up to date.

Sales Templates : Pre-created email templates save significant time when sending out recurring bulk emails. The email templates can include pictures and attached files. This insures a standard corporate communication and presentation to prospective clients.

Newsletters : Recruiters can easily create and manage news items that are published on the News & Events section of the external website. This is dynamic and insures the corporate website is up-to-date and promoting the company in a timely fashion.

Cold Call Script : Recruiter can write and store cold call scripts.
