RESUME PARSER

The Resume Parser extracts all key information from a candidate resume in multiple formats (i.e. Word, PDF, etc.). Parsed candidate resumes can be instantly added to the ATS and linked directly to requisitions. The following parsing sources are supported: Single Resume Files, Multiple Resumes in Folders, Outlook Email Folders, Copy/Pasted Text and Job Portals.

Parsed Fields : The following fields can be parsed: Full Name, Position, Address, Email Address, Work Phone, Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Total Experience (yrs), Current Company, Summary, Objective, Skills, Education details, Work Permit, Salary, and Hourly Rate.

Single and Bulk Resume Parsing : Resume documents can be parsed individually or from a folder on the file system. Documents can be in any of the multiple formats supported by the parser, including DOC, TXT, RTF, and PDF.

Copy/Pasted Resume Parsing : Resume text can be copied and pasted directly into the Resume Parser and be parsed.

Outlook Email Parsing : Resume documents can be parsed in bulk from attachments to emails in an outlook folder. There is a limit on the number of resumes which can be parsed in one shot.

Job Portal Parsing : Parse and add candidates to the ATS directly from job portal websites with one click. The Resume Parser has built-in support for many of the leading electronic job boards available today.

Duplicate Resume Checking : When a resume is added to the ATS or other database, the parser automatically checks if it is a duplicate based on the candidate’s email address. If it is a duplicate, then the user has the option to update the candidate’s information.

Add to Outlook : Parsed candidates can be added to the user’s outlook contacts, which will include a text version of their resume in the Notes section for the contact.

Export to XML : After a candidate’s resume is parsed, the user has the option of exporting the resume to HR-XML format, which then enables the candidate’s parsed information to be added to any ATS or proprietary database that is compatible with HR-XML.
